01الحسابYour account

• تلتزم بصحة بياناتك. البيانات الخاطئة قد تؤدي لإلغاء حجزك أو حسابك.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data. Incorrect data may lead to your booking or account being cancelled.
• حسابك شخصي. أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يحدث منه، وعن الحفاظ على كلمة سرك.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for everything done through it, and for keeping your password safe.
• الحساب المستقل لمن أتمّ 18 عامًا. ويمكن لوليّ الأمر الحجز لطفله من حسابه.
• Independent accounts are for users aged 18 and over. A guardian may book for their child from their own account.
• يجوز لنا إيقاف أي حساب يستخدم الخدمة في غير الغرض منها أو يضرّ بمستخدمين آخرين.
• We may suspend any account that uses the service outside its purpose or harms other users.

02الحجز والإلغاءBooking and cancellation

• الحجز طلب موعد لدى العيادة، ويصبح مؤكدًا بقبول العيادة له.
• A booking is a request for an appointment at a clinic, and becomes confirmed when the clinic accepts it.
• المواعيد وأرقام الطابور تقديرية وتتأثر بطول الفحص وحالات الطوارئ. التطبيق يعرض الحالة كما تُحدّثها العيادة.
• Times and queue numbers are estimates, affected by examination length and emergencies. The app shows the status as the clinic updates it.
• للعيادة الحق في تعديل أو إلغاء موعد لأسباب تشغيلية، ويصلك إشعار بذلك.
• A clinic may reschedule or cancel an appointment for operational reasons; you receive a notification.
• ألغِ حجزك مبكرًا إن لم تستطع الحضور. التخلّف المتكرر عن المواعيد قد يقيّد الحجز من حسابك.
• Cancel early if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows may restrict booking from your account.
• أسعار الفحص تحدّدها العيادة وتُدفع لها مباشرة. لا نتدخّل فيها ولا نحصّلها.
• Examination fees are set by the clinic and paid to it directly. We neither set nor collect them.

03الأطباء والعياداتDoctors and clinics

• الطبيب مسؤول وحده عن صحة بياناته المهنية وترخيصه وتخصصه، وعن كل ما يقدّمه لمريضه.
• Each doctor is solely responsible for the accuracy of their professional data, licence and specialty, and for all care they provide.
• نراجع بيانات التسجيل بالقدر المتاح، لكن ذلك لا يُعدّ شهادة كفاءة أو ضمانًا لجودة الخدمة الطبية.
• We review registration data as far as we can, but this is not a certification of competence or a guarantee of clinical quality.
• الطبيب مسؤول عن سرّية ملفات مرضاه داخل عيادته وعن استخدام برنامج الإدارة بشكل سليم.
• The doctor is responsible for the confidentiality of patient files at their clinic and for correct use of the management software.
• الاشتراك في الخدمة، عند تفعيله، يخضع لشروط الفوترة المعلنة عند الاشتراك.
• Subscription to the service, once enabled, is governed by the billing terms published at sign-up.

04الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use

يُمنع:

The following is prohibited:

• انتحال شخصية طبيب أو مريض، أو إنشاء حسابات وهمية.
• Impersonating a doctor or patient, or creating fake accounts.
• حجز مواعيد بلا نية حضور، أو تعطيل الطابور على الآخرين.
• Booking appointments with no intention to attend, or disrupting the queue for others.
• محاولة الوصول لبيانات مستخدم آخر، أو اختبار ثغرات الخدمة بدون إذن مكتوب.
• Attempting to access another user's data, or probing the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• نسخ الخدمة أو أجزاء منها، أو سحب بياناتها آليًا.
• Copying the service or parts of it, or scraping its data automatically.
• نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء داخل التطبيق.
• Posting unlawful or abusive content within the app.

05توفّر الخدمةAvailability

نعمل على استمرار الخدمة، لكننا لا نضمن عملها بلا انقطاع. قد تتوقف مؤقتًا للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. لا تعتمد على التطبيق وحده في أمر لا يحتمل التأخير — اتصل بالعيادة مباشرة.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may pause for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Do not rely on the app alone for anything time-critical — call the clinic directly.

06حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability

لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن: قرار طبي أو تشخيص أو علاج، أو خطأ في بيانات أدخلها مستخدم، أو تأخير أو إلغاء من جهة العيادة، أو انقطاع الإنترنت أو خلل في جهازك. مسؤوليتنا تنحصر في حدود ما تجيزه القوانين المطبّقة.

We are not liable for damage arising from: a medical decision, diagnosis or treatment; incorrect data entered by a user; a delay or cancellation by a clinic; or an internet outage or fault on your device. Our liability is limited to what applicable law permits.

07الملكية الفكريةIntellectual property

الاسم والشعار والتصميم والبرمجيات ملك لـ«طبيبي». الاستخدام المسموح هو استخدام الخدمة نفسها، ولا ينقل إليك أي حق ملكية.

The name, logo, design and software belong to Tabibi. Permitted use is use of the service itself; no ownership right transfers to you.

08تعديل الشروط وإنهاء الخدمةChanges and termination

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ونُبلغك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري قبل نفاذه. يمكنك إنهاء استخدامك بحذف حسابك في أي وقت، ويمكننا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

We may amend these terms and will notify you in the app of any material change before it takes effect. You may end your use by deleting your account at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

09القانون والتواصلLaw and contact

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
